Contract Senior Software Engineer (Python)

Contract, Glasgow

Job Type: Contract: 4 or 5 days a week.

Location: Glasgow. 

Contract Length: 2 - 4 months (TBC)

Digirati is a software engineering consultancy that are seeking a capable contract software engineer to help enhance and further develop our Devops and Python practices.

This is an opportunity for a capable, senior engineer with a professional attitude and mature mindset to gain experience with a variety of new technologies including Docker, Python 3 and a suite of more recent AWS services.

We have a number of Python projects on-going but a successful candidate will spend the vast majority of their time on a large enterprise project to launch a sector wide service in higher education for research data management.

Education

A degree in a science, engineering, technology or mathematics field or equivalent industry experience.
