Hosting & Support
Digirati can provide a fully managed service for the hosting of the solutions we deliver. We also offer services to host and support systems originally delivered by other third parties, normally when another supplier has failed to deliver satisfactorily. This typically includes platform migration and a Bring Into Service plan to fix specific issues. We have a dedicated Support Helpdesk run along ITIL standards and we are ISO9001 compliant. We are strong on security including ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance as well as offering specialised security consultancy services.
We work with a number of third party hosting and cloud service providers as well as providing tailored service levels so that we can offer hosting services for a wide range of budgets and requirements. Amazon Web Services is typically our preferred hosting option, we often take advantage of many of these services as part of our engineering practice and we have in-house Amazon Architects.
