Establishing a platform to support a long term customer experience strategy.

As part of a drive to deliver digital customer engagement excellence, Digirati have worked with Scottish Power to deliver a new portal which enables customers to manage all aspects of their energy services via a of highly personalised user experience accessed through their ‘My Account’ login.

The platform that has been delivered as a result, which includes full CRM integration for over 5 million customers, will serve as the foundation platform for Scottish Power’s long term multichannel Customer Experience Management strategy to increasingly provide a more personal and targeted service to each customer.
